Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click 'Sign Up' in the top right corner, fill in your details, and verify your email address. It's that simple!
Is Tikiti free to use?
Yes! Creating an account and browsing events is completely free. We only charge a small service fee when you purchase tickets.
How do I find events near me?
Use our location filter on the events page, or enable location services for personalized recommendations.
Buying Tickets
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and popular South African payment methods including EFT and mobile payments.
Can I get a refund for my tickets?
Refund policies vary by event and are set by the event organiser. Check the event details page for specific refund information.
How will I receive my tickets?
Digital tickets will be sent to your email and available in your Tikiti account. Present the QR code at the event for entry.
Event Organisers
How do I create an event?
Sign up as an organiser, then use our event creation tool to add event details, set ticket prices, and publish your event.
What fees do you charge organisers?
We charge a competitive service fee per ticket sold. No upfront costs or monthly fees. You only pay when you sell tickets.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed weekly and transferred to your bank account within 3-5 business days after the event.
